Dear parents,
Whilst we are not able to bring children in Years 2, 3 4 and 5 back into school fully until September we can now offer each child in these classes a keeping in touch session with their teacher and half their class before the summer holidays. As you know the school building is currently full with half class groups in other year groups so the keeping in touch sessions will have to be held outside on the school playground. The weather forecast looks like we might be able to get away with it!
Please see the table below for times for each group. Children should wear their school uniform (or the nearest equivalent if they have grown out of it) and will enter school through the bottom gate onto the junior playground. Teachers will contact parents about which group their children are in (a or b). Please reply so that we know how many children to expect.
In the case of bad weather Plan B will be to divide the groups further and hold the sessions in the gazebo. If this happens we will inform you on the day. Children in these classes who are accessing key worker provision will be able to join the sessions.
