Litter Picking
Back to article list

11th June 2015 | Mr Waddington

Our litter picking earlier this week went really well, look at how much we collected!

All the classes joined in and made sure that their particular area was clean, tidy and litter free. We did notice that we seemed to be finding less litter this year which seems to indicate that we are making a real difference to the environment and that people are taking more care to keep the area around school litter free.

Many thanks to Paul Robinson, Nature Reserves Officer and friend of the school for lending us the litter pickers and gloves.
