There was an incident last night after school at around 4.00pm when two older boys from our school were playing close to Carvanson’s factory at the bottom end of the field. They were approached by a man who was verbally abusive and quite threatening. The boys were upset but unharmed and returned to the park where they knew there were adults who would help them.

The police have been informed and Year 5 and Year 6 children, who are most likely to be playing unsupervised, have also been informed and reminded how they can keep themselves safe.

Please make sure that extra care is taken when playing out and please let school know if you become aware of further incidents.
