Because of restrictions around face to face meetings we will be replacing our usual parents’ evenings with parents’ meetings using Microsoft Teams this year.

Each class teacher will conduct their meetings over a full day which will give a wider variety of time slots than usual. The meetings start next week and it will take two weeks to complete all classes.

Teachers will contact parents to indicate a preferred time slot and as usual these will be allocated on a first come first served basis by replying to the class email address. The meetings will be scheduled throughout the day starting from 8.30 a.m. and will run throughout the day. It will not be possible to arrange meetings outside the scheduled time slots. In order that we stick to the timetable teachers have been told that they must end the meetings at the stated time so that there are no accumulated delays.

Because we are using Teams it should be possible for two parents/carers to join the meeting from different locations as long as you both know your child’s MS365 username and password. The ‘Next Steps’ sheets which are usually handed out at parents’ evening will be emailed to you by your child’s class teacher.
