Hollins Grundy Events Group are a group of volunteers, both parents and school staff, who raise funds for the children at Hollins Grundy Primary school in a variety of ways. There is a mix of social occasions, competitions and other fund-raising events when parents, staff and children join together to raise money which is all spent on the children. All the staff who help with Hollins Grundy Events are volunteers and contribute their time to make magical memories and raise funds for the children.

Hollins Grundy Events Group is made up of dedicated school staff and some parents,  who volunteer their time to raise money that directly benefits the children in our school. Every event is organised outside of the school day, entirely for free, and every penny we raise goes straight back into improving children’s experiences—from funding new maths resources, supporting the POD, reducing the cost of school visits and contributing to the Year 6 Leavers’ Party, to refurbishing the children’s toilets. You’ll often see the same familiar faces giving up their evenings and weekends after a full day at work. Of course, we couldn’t continue without your attendance at our events.

We hope you’ll continue to join us at our events throughout the year. Every penny raised goes straight back to the children, helping us create opportunities, fund resources and make lasting improvements across the school.
